This job entails floor refinishing, construction clean up, window cleaning, power washing, carpet cleaning, managing existing contracts, soliciting new clients.   This position offers competitive salary and a full range of employee benefits, including:  -Health Insurance-401K -Company Vehicle  This position is an integral part of our management team, reporting to Regional Director of Janitorial Services.  Responsibilities and Duties: -Manage projects, effectively ensuring adequate staffing numbers, communicating daily with clients and insuring staff productivity and cleaning standards. -Deliver services to our clients that meet or exceed established job standards.- Train and develop Special Services Employees. -Insure profitability of company by meeting projects budget. - Identify and target potential jobs or accounts.
