We need dedicated Drivers/Laborers to join our team based in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities • Packing. • Loading. • Inventory. • Unloading. • Inventory check off. • Unpacking of household goods from originating location to the designated destination. • Ensure that all customer moves are handled in a safe, efficient, timely and professional manner. • Conduct pre- and post-trip truck inspections. • Plans route to and from customers' residence and adjusts for traffic and/or construction. • Maintain a reasonably clean appearance and have a customer first attitude. • Be reliable and have good PC skills. Description • Independent Contractor (1099) • No CDL Required • Box Trucks Only • Company Gas Card • Driver Rate $15-20 Hourly • Laborer Rate $12-15 Hourly • Weekly Pay • Direct Deposit or Cash App • Safety and Performance bonuses for drivers. • Tips for great service • Over the road travel opportunities (not mandatory) • EkoMovers pays for a hotel every night you are away from home. • Uniform allowance. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Must be 21+ years Driver. • Must be 18+ years Laborer. • Clean and valid driver’s license (Driver) • Previous moving experience preferred but not mandatory. • International moving experience (Plus – Higher Pay Rate) • Ability to handle some physical workload and lift 50 lbs. • Strong work ethic • Good communication skills Requirements • Pass a DOT physical. • Fair Background Check • Verifiable driving history.
