Re-home needed- mini schnauzer mix

We must unfortunately re-home our puppy due to a change in circumstances. Lola is a sweet 1 yr old female mini schnauzer mix. She has not been spayed yet. She has had her puppy shots and rabies vaccine current. She loves to run and play outside and is good with little kids. She would be best in a forever home without other dogs/cats, but I am not sure and she could likely get used to them also. She knows how to sit and is potty trained. A re-home fee applies.
