**** Maintenance Technician **** For Immediate Hire **** Starting pay at $15 to $17/hour depending on experience/skillset We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience. Must be a self-starter and dependable. Duties and tasks include but are not limited to drywall, patching and repair, painting, light plumbing repairs. (toilet installs, garbage disposal, faucets and fixtures), ceiling fans etc. Light Property clean up and pool maintenance will be required and training will be provided.
