Parrot beak trimming?

Does anyone know a person or place that will trim/shape a conure with an overgrown siscor beak? I have tried various A/V's and vets but can't get a straight answer on the cost. The last vet visit we had testing and sexing and it was $900.00 7 months ago. Most want $80-100 for the visit, more tests ( he was born with it), $80-150 for the trim and $175-200 if sedation is needed. I know owning birds costs money and we have saved for vet visits but i'm maybe a bit salty as the shop promised they had a bird groomer who could do the beak every 3 months when were calculating the cost of owning a bird with siscor beak.
