Barkingham Palace is urgently hiring for a highly motivated, reliable, and hard working person, that loves to care for dogs and cats, to join our team part time. Our Kennel Attendants create a fun, but safe environment for dogs to stay and play & board, Kennel attendants help oversee the well-being of the animals in our care. Primary duties include feeding, watering, cleaning yards, kennel cleaning, supervising playtimes and more. PLEASE NOTE: This is not an office job! If you do not enjoy being outside and physically active, please DO NOT APPLY. If you do not like the sound of barking dogs, please DO NOT APPLY! Lots of dogs means lots of noise, messes, and lots to do. If you can not handle the smell of dog poop, please DO NOT APPLY! What goes in must come out and the more dogs there are the more there is to clean up! REQUIREMENTS: • MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER • RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION • ABLE TO LIFT 50LBS • INDEPENDENT WHILE WORKING AS A TEAM • COMMUNICATE WELL • WILLING TO GET DIRTY • ABLE TO WORK HOLIDAYS, NIGHTS, AND WEEKENDS (MANDATORY!)
