Gahanna Kidsfest is the premier event of the year to connect with area families. Great way to find new customers & help area families! VENDOR REGISTRATION: Gahanna Kidsfest 2021 presented by Geico Local OfficeYour special opportunity to connect with with area families and grow your business! Vendor RegistrationWhen: May 14th (Friday, 5PM - 8PM)Where:  Shepherd Christian School (425 Hamilton Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230)Who Attends:  Families from the Gahanna, Reynoldsburg, New Albany and surrounding areas How it works: Outdoor walk -thru event! Attendees enter a common entrance, 1 way walk thru the event, will go past all vendors & activities, families register by hour to attend (5, 6, or 7PM). Admission is free. Why attending the event: Families attend the event to find local area resources, programs and classes for kids, child care, health resources, shopping for themselves, items for their home - products or services, things to do, and much more. Great way to connect with area families! What to do at the event: Lots of fun from pony rides, petty zoo, stage with various entertainers, free popcorn/cotton candy/cookies, balloon artist, character & princess meet & greet, sports play area, "Mystery Cupcake" with prizes, scavenger hunt and more!Gahanna 5k/10 or Adventure Run: Small Waves of 25-30 runners. 5k & 10k - awards to top 3 in the wave, and medals for all runners / walkers - run the beautiful Big Walnut Creek Trail. Adventure Run (.5 or 1 mile) run to 2 different candy hunt / prize areas! All finishers receive a neat Safari hat for the Adventure Run only. Booth or Sponsorship Opportunities (event is outdoors)  Booth included plus logo on website, flyers, posters, and more!** Attendance Optional Opportunities ** Premier Sponsor (Diamond): This includes a lot from 5'x2 banner at KidsLinked booth, 5'x2 banner at character meet & greet area, your information distributed to all attendees, featured on event map, included on all promotional material: $1000Balloon Artist (Platinum):  Balloon artist at your booth - very popular and a great way to be seen at the event.  Just a fun way to be a part of the event.  $600 Main Stage (Platinum): The most visible area at the event! Presenting sponsor or all stage activities. Stage mentions during the entire event, 5' x 2' banner at the front of the stage, and the ability to have several appearances on the stage. High visible. $500 World of Sports Area (Gold): This is a fun area offering kids to play 5 different sports all in the same area! Presenting sponsor of area includes 5'x2' sign at entrance of area. Additionally we distribute your flyer/brochure to all attendees of the event $400Race Start / Finish / Trophies  (Gold):  Be a part of the Gahanna 5k/10 and Adventure Run! As the Start/Finish Sponsor you will have a 5'x2' banner at the start & finish of the race, name on trophies give to top winners, and 10 free race entries! Also ability to start the race. Highly visible.  $400 Entrance (Gold):  Signage /banner at front entrance + your flyers distributed at main entrance + Booth near entrance + Included on event promotional material!
