We are seeking a positive and motivated go-getter to become an integral part of our team as a Fish Cutter / Food Preparer. In this role, you will assist the sales and management team in maintaining our daily production of seafood products. Responsibilities: Maintain strong communication and responsiveness to General Manager and warehouse staff Quality control filleting / cutting / portioning of seafood products Communicate with General Manager about daily production schedule Qualifications: Self-motivated Experience filleting / cutting/ portioning / butchering meat / seafood Food industry/restaurant experience - line cook, sous chef, executive chef Strong communication skills/ Effective phone and email communication Detail-oriented Experience handling seafood or food commodities Strong references Strong organizational skills Computer and phone literacy *Paid vacation and benefits for the right candidate
