Full Job Description Commercial Door Company seeking commercial door installers. Superior Door services and installs all types of commercial doors and hardware. From overhead doors to roll-up doors as well as pedestrian passage swinging doors and fire rated doors. We are seeking service and installation technicians to join our team. Candidates must posses knowledge in basic hand and power tools. We can offer on the job training but knowledge in the construction industry is ideal and experience in the door industry a plus. Job Responsibilities: - Provide service and customer support during site visits - Evaluate and diagnose technical and construction errors and determine proper solutions - Perform on-site installations, service, and maintenance alongside an assigned lead technician - Operation of vehicles and equipment in a safe manner Requirements: - knowledge in hand and power tools - knowledge in the construction industry - strong technical, mechanical and troubleshooting skills - ability to lift 50lbs or more and move equipment - valid driver's license - must be proactive in completing jobs and task with little direct supervision - ability to work independently as well as on a team - strong customer service skills - able to work occasional after hours (or weekends) Desired Skills and Experience: - experience in the commercial door industry - experience in welding and fabrication Hourly compensation based upon experience.
