Two small buildings that need regular attention from someone with the golden touch to replace a longtime associate. Contact me if you have previous apartment maintenance skills, tools, an unflapple disposition for working with tenants and people who never see things the right way. Hours are flexible and workload changes. Familiar with HPD, DOS, garbage disposal and recycling in NYC a big plus. Routine maintenance is the norm; but everyday is not routine.
