Full Job Description Description: Audio/Visual/Lighting Rental company Location: Long Island, Nassau County Position Needed: Roadie/Stagehand Requirements: Car and clean Drivers Lic, Looking for Experienced, Professional Audio Engineers, Video Engineers, Lighting Technicians, & stagehands. Experience setting up audio, lighting, staging, truss, video screens a plus….Also ability to drive box truck Salary: $20+ an hour Job Type: Part-time Must be punctual and reliable. Must have your own transportation. Must have a working knowledge of equipment typically used in the industry. Ability to efficiently follow direction and execute plan in a timely and accurate manner. Proven organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate. Physical ability to move, grasp, reach for, turn, manipulate, lift, carry, push, pull, and place equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working on ladders. 10 hour shift Ability to adhere to a flexible schedule is imperative to this position. Days and hours are dictated by clients’ events. The majority of events/shows take place on nights and weekends. Immediate availiblity, Mostly weekend work....Prefer someone who lives on Long Island..
