JOB DESCRIPTION • Work hours: Monday – Saturday from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm | 24 Hours Per Week • General cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming the floors and staircases; • Glass cleaning; • Waste removal, including sorting recycled material and taking out the garbage to the waste container • Clearing snow and ice from sidewalk and driveway QUALIFICATIONS • Must be extremely punctual • Must be detail-oriented • Self-motivated and proactive • Handyman experience a plus • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident • Flushing resident preferred COMPENSATION • $400 per week Please reply with your work history, reference contact, and contact information.
