COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic We are pleased to announce that a COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be held at the Thorny Lea Golf Club 159 Torrey St, Brockton, MA 02301. You can Choose one of the following dates: Wednesday, May 12 OR Monday, May 17, 2021 from 3PM to 7PM. Vaccine: Pfizer Qualification: People age 16 and older who live, work, or study in Massachusetts can get vaccinated. Second Shot: If you get your first shot on May 12, your second shot will be given on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 ORIf you get your first shot on May 17, your second shot will be given on Monday, June 7, 2021Cost: FREE What to bring: Driver's license and insurance card for identification purposes. If you have questions: If you have questions about whether the Pfizer vaccine is right for you, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before your appointment. If you are sick, please cancel your appointment. Important: Entrance to the venue is for ONLY those that are receiving a vaccination. All others will need to wait outside unless the person getting vaccinated needs special assistance. Please practice SOCIAL DISTANCING while at the venue. After your appointment, it is recommended that you wait for 15 minutes before leaving. Unless otherwise instructed, please leave the venue promptly thereafter.
