Learn about Wabi-Sabi philosophy, a link between art and enlightened infant. Participate in a tea ceremony introduced by a special guest, Master of tea, and a Kintsugi workshop. You will learn about the philosophy of Zen monks. They believed in the power of objects and environments to elevate one’s state of mind. We will talk about specific details of this philosophy and how it influenced art, tea, architecture, and landscaping. This will be followed by a catered Japanese meal. This intimate event is reserved for a maximum of 10 guests. Every participant will receive a present at the end of the event. The cost of a ticket is $250 which includes the catered lunch, tea ceremony, and workshop.
