Pool expert/black belt to help with heater and solar blanket

Hello there... We have been stuck with a defective heater for our pool that someone who really knows these things needs to come take a look and help us fix it once and for all. The model is a Pentair Mastertemp 400. And there is something wrong with it that needs an expert's hand. The other thing we need, and perhaps you can help us with this as well, is a solar blanket for our very oddly shaped pool. It would have to be cut to specification, and I am not sure how that all works. But perhaps you do. If you are someone who knows pool heaters, but don't know about solar blankets, that is fine. I am mostly interested in the pool heater fixing at this point. But if you know and can assist with both, even better. And finally, if you are a pool cleaner, or service, I am in need of someone to come out and give us weekly service. Please email and tell me what it would cost to come out and take a diagnostic look, and we will go from there. If this ad is up, I need someone. Thank you!
