Join me for a complimentary Hikyoga in honor of Nurse's Week! Grab a nurse you know and love, and hit the trail, pause to take in the scener Join me for a complimentary Hikyoga in honor of Nurse's Week! Grab a nurse you know and love, and hit the trail, pause to take in the scenery, and take yoga outside. This will be a 90 min guided hike where we will pause 3-5 times for yoga and meditation. You will not need your yoga mat, but you will want to wear a solid pair of athletic shoes or hikers in case of mud! Meeting Place: North Gate Entrance, parking will be along the street in the cemetery, we will be meeting in front of the large building behind the stone fountain. Dress in comfortable layers for the weather and bring a water bottle with you! This event will happen rain or shine, but please keep a close eye on your emails, just in case of a thunder and lightning!
