Join us for community yoga classes at The Sophienburg Museum in downtown New Braunfels every Wednesday from 6:30-7:45 p.m. Join us every Wednesday evening for Yoga @ The Emmie, a community yoga vinyasa class on the grounds of The Sophienburg Museum in historic downtown New Braunfels. Cost for class is $10 cash or check with proceeds benefiting The Sophienburg Museum & Archives. For those living in the downtown neighborhoods, it’s easy to walk or ride bikes. Parking is available on the museum grounds.Class is one hour and fifteen minutes, and is designed for adults, men and women. Children ages 12 and older are welcome to attend with their parent or guardian. Blocks, blankets and straps are provided. Wear workout/exercise clothing, bring a yoga mat (and other personal props that make you comfortable) and a smile. It’s fun, challenging and connects you to group of like-minded people interested in community, giving back and elevating the mind, body and spirit.
