Seeking quality handyman for consistent work $30-40/hr!

Are you a jack-of-all-trades? Do you have a high aptitude for mechanical, hands-on work? Are you a quick learner? We are looking to hire a skilled handyman....so if you qualify, read on! We need someone with the following skills, and MANY more: Can install a sump pump, check valve, etc. Can do small/medium plumbing and electrical repairs. Run a new dedicated 20A circuit, install a switch controlled light from a power leg on a wall with a new light on the ceiling, install a new HWH to code with all required items, etc. Can mount a ceiling fan, all lighting types, chandelier, flushmount, etc. Can install a dishwasher, disposal, and understand code for simple things (dishwasher loop for drainage, etc). Can do lawn maintenance, operate a ZTR mower, weed eater, blower, etc. Which means...safely driving our truck and trailer. Can do a trash-out, demolition, debris, and occasionally NASTY grunt work for sure.... you get the idea! Can do demo, painting, landscape cleanup and install, hang signs, take good pics with our camera... Can make roof repairs properly. Can hang and finish a few sheets of drywall (won't ever be major work). No need to texture....but flat work has to be near perfect. Need to be able to paint a room or two with high quality. Need to be able to install interior doors, exterior doors, base, case, crown, etc. Need to be able to hang a set of cabinets professionally (with a helper when needed) and level, plumb, etc. The repairs will be heavily plumbing and misc focused. IE: A work order may consist of repairing a tub drain, removing a 2x2 piece of drywall, re-hang, finish, paint, etc. Then weatherstripping a door, fixing an interior wood door that's sticking, installing a light, unclogging a drain (from sink, all the way to toilet using our 100ft snake). Four hours later it may be painting 2 rooms that are UGLY, removing a giant pile of brush using our landscape trailer, installing 4 Hostas, painting the front door and shutters for curb appeal, etc. You must have the following traits as well: Great problem-solver: Something unexpected comes up while you're on-site, but it's within your skill-set. Do it and get it fixed! Good communicator: Proficient in providing details over e-mail, phone, text, etc. We take before, during, and after pics of ALL work to prove what we did for ourselves, clients, etc. Motivated and dedicated: In it for the long haul with the drive to succeed and advance. If you're looking to job hop, save time and skip us. We're looking for long-term career driven employees who want to move up and advance. Reliable and punctual: Show up on time and get your work done! If you miss more than 2 (unplanned) days each year...this won't be for you. The entire team relies on you and we almost never miss other than personal days, vacations, etc. Able and willing: Able to lift 80 pounds and willing to climb roofs, go into crawlspaces, etc. Some days you will be doing labor removing nasty, wet drywall and heaps of garbage, and other days you will be wearing a nice, clean polo shirt and doing basic inspections and paperwork. Things don't get boring here! This is LONG-TERM, consistent work ranging in hours each week so only apply if you're able to make this happen. We work 9a-7p daily so if you aren't available after 5pm, this isn't for you. Our team is fun and crazy, and we make work enjoyable. You get to work with HONEST awesome people and we keep a fast-paced non-stop office environment. We are licensed GCs and know all trades 100%. We are a team you will actually ENJOY working with. Pay is ACH every week for all work completed. You'll need to provide your own truck, tools, and work ethic, and of course have a valid driver's license!
