Need carpenter for window and siding and roof.

I need a carpenter to replace two windows in a garage attached to house and put cedar shake siding on same side as two windows,siding is about 2 square and about 12’ high at peak.Also roof a shed that is about 2.5 square.layover possible strip and reroof. Looking for carpenter with experience and all his own tools.Must have vehicle and not drink on the job.This is for my mothers house and if all goes well and it is done good and in a timely manner there is plenty more work as I’m a painter and have a lot of jobs lined up and my current carpenter has gone missing and he has been missing for 4 weeks now,I’ve tried two other guys and they have not worked out due to not knowing what they are doing or not showing up on time. The pay is 25 an hour cash paid end of each day plus lunch each day and 20 daily for gas.As I said if things look good then for the next job you will get 30 an hour cash and it goes up from there.
