Riot Events, Santa Cruz Theater, and Conscious Minds Entertainment Present SANCTUARY 1.0 Arts Fest Riot Events was created by Michael "Riot" Rodriguez. This was name was made to promote and produce events for the Austin music , art, and comedy scene. Also focusing on the Latino/Chicano community, and helping guide our youth to successful lives. We would like to start creating programs  teaching our youth and people of color about the struggles of our people with abuse, drug addiction, mental health, gentrification, and the many struggles in our communities. One way is to educate our youth and community about better health, nutrition, breathing techniques, exercise, yoga, meditation and the arts to channel negative energy into posotive energy and that is a start.
