Stowe Heights Ribbon Cutting Community Youth Concepts is excited to announce the grand opening of the Stowe Heights Challenge Course with the hosting of a Ribbon Cutting on June 9th. The Ribbon Cutting will be followed by a brief program where we will thank our sponsors, give an update about Stowe Heights, and recognize students who have received the Youth of the Year Scholarship for their outstanding dedication to volunteer service in our community. Following the program we will be giving tours of Stowe Heights and staff will be available to answer questions you may have about our work. We ask that guests arrive at 4:00 PM with the Ribbon Cutting ceremony scheduled to begin promptly at 4:30 PM. The event will be held outside in a wooded area with uneven terrain. Flat soled shoes are highly recommended for crossing grass and or walking dirt and wood chip paths. As we continue to be mindful of COViD-19 mitigation practices, the event will be limited to 75 participants, guests will be asked to wear a mask and, of course, the event will be outside in fresh air with the ability to socially distance. Despite all of the challenges that the past year has brought, we are excited to finally have a full season of challenge course programming and to celebrate all of the sponsors, donors, volunteers, and champions who made this project happen.
