The Property Maintenance Assistant will be primarily responsible for maintenance, installation, repair, and preparation of fixed assets and infrastructure associated with Quail West. This includes, but is not limited to, removing signs, cutting substrates, welding aluminum, and steel, metal fabrication, replacing concrete footings and pavers when needed. $16 to $18/hr to start with a great benefits package.
