Seeking cleaners to provide residential cleaning, will train. Most important is your willingness to learn, your positive attitude, and your work ethic. Part-time to full-time (if wanted). Must be able to perform cleaning duties including but not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping down cabinets and appliance exteriors, cleaning mirrors, cleaning light fixtures and ceiling fans (with a 2 step - step stool), cleaning window blinds. Stooping to clean baseboards or reaching to clean the top of surfaces. This also includes scrubbing the bathrooms and kitchen, making beds (if required) and cleaning the laundry room, and/or doing a load of laundry (if required). In addition to these duties, you must be able to clean the interior of appliances, under beds, behind furniture, moving light furniture, lifting up to 40 lbs. The right person will be reliable, friendly, able to work alone or with a partner or team, punctual, self-motivated, high attention to detail, is experienced or is willing to be trained, and can clean quickly but thoroughly. You must be physically able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time, walk, push a vacuum, mop floors, climb a 2 step - step stool, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs.
