Join us for a Mother's Day for our Special Event Rooftop Breathwork Experience on May 9th at 4:00pm [PST] in North Park at F45 Training! After a year of increased uncertainty, disconnection & transformation as a collective we are thrilled to be coming together as a community for Rooftop Breathwork! Our theme for the evening will be Collaboration| Connection | Community! Our hosts: Leslie Medley- International Breathwork Facilitator & Embodiment Coach has teamed up with Kaitlyn Raine- Global Empowerment Coach & Breathwork Facilitator & DTO- Spiritual DJ & Sounder Healer for the summer kickoff breathwork event of the year! You are invited to come enjoy a 2 hour special event for you & your mother figure in your life. You will be welcomed upon arrival & set up for a full body healing & awakening guided breathwork meditation on the rooftop with 360 San Diego views. DTO will be providing a professional sound experience to support the breathwork clearing & activation. We will be closing out the session with vegan dark chocolate to celebrate the comfort, love and nurturing our mother energies provide naturally through her beauty & goodness. You will leave feeling refreshed, grateful, & FULLfilled ready to move into the next season of your life connected to the motherly love inside of you.
