Austin Gate Automation & Access Control business in need of technician/installer. Experience with any of the following is a plus: -Steel work: welding, cutting, polishing -Electrical & Low Voltage -Gate operators -Access Control Systems -Locksmithing -Welder and own tools is a plus but not necessary. Will train the right individual. Job Requirements Include: -Installation and service of mechanical and electrical systems on automated sliding & swinging gate systems. -Installation and service of access control systems. -Low voltage ground wire trenching, low voltage attic wiring. -Able to follow instructions and work independently. -Texas driver’s license with clean driving record. -Dependable, responsible, and reliable. -Courteous and polite (will be working on job sites around customers and other contractors.) -Mechanical aptitude with sound reasoning. -Dependable transportation. -Must be able to pass background check. -Able to lift at least 75 lbs. -Able to work in the heat/elements. -Typical week is 40+hours. Minimum 30 hours pay guaranteed per week. The position will start out as an independent contractor. Room to grow into full time salary position for the right fit.
