Description

An established roofing contractor has an immediate opening for a Commercial Service Lead Technician. Must have extensive knowledge of skilled procedures, methods, roofing materials, equipment, and safety precautions used in roofing trade repairs, with three year’s-experience minimum. Must also have a working knowledge of various roof systems including TPO, Built-up Roof, SPF, and coating. The position is responsible for leading a crew of skilled labor to service various roof systems per the manufacturer’s specifications while meeting production, quality, and company safety requirements. Will need to read blueprints and understand the scope of work and product specifications. Will also be responsible for placing orders for materials as needed, and for coordinating all job site activity including product installation, equipment use and placement, and logistics.
