Looking for a handyman to do basic repairs in commercial buildings located in Glendale and Phoenix. You need to have basic tools to work with. I am flexible with work days and hours. Responsibilities include: - Painting - Plumbing (sweat and glue pipes) - Electrical (installing ballasts, new LED lights) - Knowledge of Evap Coolers is a plus - Drywall repair is a plus If you do not possess all the skills listed above, respond with what type of skills you have.
