East Haven police logs April 21 to April 27: April 21 Kayla Vallombroso, 24, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. April 22 Courtney Renee Council, 30, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. April 23 Noel Santos, 37, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. April 25 Dillon Ray Smith, 25, of Norwich, was charged with disorderly conduct. Richard Vitale, 31, of Branford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, two counts of violation of a protective order, and second-degree harassment. Christina Dellamorte, 30, of East Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer, violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct. Laurel Cubellotti, 20, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. April 26 Harold E. Figueroa-Sosa, 42, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. Shamar Markey Swinton, 39, of Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order.
