Summer CrocFest 6/26/2021 is raising money for the endangered Indian Gharial. $25 includes admission to Zoo Tampa, Food,Bev and activities Summer Croc Fest June 26, 2021 ​ ​Save the Date for Summer CrocFest 2021 to benefit the The Indian Gharial at ZOO TAMPA in Tampa, Florida. Proceeds raised will support the critically endangered Indian Gharial, Gavialis gangeticus, through the Gharial Ecology Project in India. This project, overseen by Jeffrey Lang, PhD, has garnered worldwide interest and support from conservationists, zoos, and croc folks alike. The cost to attend CrocFest is only a $25 donation for adults (ages 18 and up) and $10 for kids (ages 5 to 17). Kids under age 5 are free! Enjoy touring the grounds of Zoo Tampa and meeting crocodilians, bird, and mammal inhabitants. Meet crocodile experts from around the globe! Admission includes admission into Gatorama, an all-you-can-eat BBQ dinner and all­you-can­ drink beer, water and soft drinks. As always, there will be a silent auction followed by a rousing live auction, and t-shirt sales. Donations (both cash and auction items) are being solicited/collected now.
