Xi Omega Chapter Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament Join the Xi Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and the Uplifting Bridge Builders Foundation, Inc. as we host our 16th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament. The proceeds from this tournament will assist in providing scholarships to deserving high school seniors in the Tulsa Metro area.
