Responsible for over 300 SCA calls in 2020 these guys know steak! John Lindsey with the All Q'ued Up Competition Cooking Team and Ronald Burns with the Hotty Totty BBQ Crew will elevate your steak game in this in-depth steak grilling class. Learn the techniques and secrets used by some of the world’s best grillmasters currently on the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) circuit. They will also show you how to pick out the very best steaks, the rubs they use, fire management, and how to cook steak to perfection! What are you waiting for? You will be offered two options for registration for this class. $150: Class Only, Resister here on Eventbrite $200: includes the class, the ability to bring all of your gear to cooks steaks on site for official SCA judging provided by John Lindsey and Ronald Burns. Steaks will be provided for this fee. Bring your own grills, tools, rubs, etc. The rubs and marinades that they will be using in class will be available for purchase at Pits N Grills that day if you would like to try them in your cook for judging.
