I am a consultant working for a Japanese research firm and we're looking to interview construction managers and project managers that work for smaller/regional homebuilders specifically in production homebuilding. The interview will consist of questions about the challenges of procuring materials and trade services, issues with communication of multiple stakeholders such as manufacturers, issues in the construction logistics industry that leads to delays, and how STCs are involved during the homebuilding process.
