I have a vacant retail space that needs to get ready to rent. We need to get the walls ready to paint. This will include trimming some dry wall and patching holes. I also have some minor electrical work. It's mostly removing and properly covering wires from conduit and fixtures. There are birds in the attic that need removal and clean up. lastly, general trash removal to the dump. If you have your own basic tools that would be helpful. This job is for one day Friday April 30th. There may be more work next week that would include painting.
