We have an immediate opening for a full time Administrative Assistant position at our industry leading Information Technology (IT) training and testing firm in Sandy Springs. You'll be working alongside the most talented and long-tenured IT professionals in the industry.
The Administrative Assistant will manage a variety of administrative details to keep things running smoothly in this fast-paced office. This position demands organizational and time management skills, professionalism, flexibility, a focused attitude and strong attention to details.
Required Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years office administration/customer service experience
• Must be a self-motivated team player with high standards of integrity
• Professional demeanor and phone voice
• Work well under time pressure, conflicting demands, and deadlines
• Strong attention to details and accuracy
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines and challenges with resourcefulness, creativity, and flexibility
• Multitask and respond quickly to changing priorities, strong problem solving and follow up skills
• Strong communication skills, written and oral
• Time management and organizational skills
• Proactive and able to work with little or no direction
• Willing and quick to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer related skills
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Answering incoming calls from customers using multi-line phone system.
• Meeting and greeting customers daily.
• Various administrative functions -- filing, organizing, etc.
• Administrating exams
• Data entry
• Processing orders & transactions
• Document research
