Habdyman experienced in yard work

I have a rental property in Pittsburg. My contractor is looking for a local handyman can do garden clean ups, cut tree branches, trim bushes and some minor wood fence/gate repairs, dump all yard debris and some landscaping too. He can pay $15/hour and it would take one to two days work. You need to have your own truck to do the dumping. Prefer have your own tools but I guess my contractor can lend his.
