Established Property Management Company is seeking a full time Make Ready / Maintenance Technician. Ideal Candidate: Have two years remodeling / make ready work experience MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE Dependable transportation Be able to pass a drug test and random drug testing after employment Requested Experience/Duties: General Building Maintenance: Drywall, Painting/Plastering, Caulking, Sheetrock, and Flooring Light electrical and plumbing experience is a plus, but not required. All around use of hand tools and tape measure Must be able to lift up 50 lbs – loading and unloading building materials Position is currently scheduled from Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch and a pay range of $14.00-$16.00/hr depending on experience.
