Description

I will pay minimum $5000 US and possibly $10k for someone to personally guarantee a 30-year note. No assets are needed, and only a moderate credit rating. Not for most people responsibly caring for their financial future. Could be perfect if you are about to leave the country go off-grid / with no plans to come back, or hmmm have a terminal illness (I'm so sorry!) or the crap is otherwise about to hit the fan. Or who knows. I do want to make sure you're not screwing your future self out of desperation. You need to: 1. be a US citizen or resident with a US address and SS# 2. have a "decent" credit rating - solid but doesn't need to be amazing 3. know that, at some point, anytime in the next 30 years, a large institution could come after you if we default (and we could) - that could not only trash your credit rating but ALSO they could theoretically come after your assets, bank account etc., up to the six figure loan amount. This isn't a scam, but I guess scammers say that. But at NO point will you share ANY financial account details with me, nor will I ask you to send me any money. (But you tell me how you want to be paid- check, venmo, paypal, zelle, etc). Anyone dubious, please lmk how you think I could be scamming, and I'll try to reply with safeguards etc. Nothing will hit your credit file or rating at all unless/until it defaults (for reasons I can explain 2 years+ from now guaranteed), but it could at any point from 2 to 30 years. I have checked with a lawyer and the terms- this is a totally LEGAL arrangement. We're paying you for this financial stake in the loan. PROCESS We ALREADY have the loan in last step of approval, except for a single personal guarantee and the final process by the loan officer. So we're in the final stages. Hoping to finalize this within two weeks. I'd want a quick video call, verify your identity with a license etc., and check your credit rating. (To do that, you could do skype/zoom screenshare, hide the SS# from me, there's a quick site to verify.) I'll sign a legally binding document that says if you co-sign and the loan comes through, you'll get the agreed to amount ($5k to 10k) paid however you like. (And believe me I'll pay this if will be well worth it.) I'll pay $200 for the trouble of setting that up, and for e-signing the documents online, with your real identity. Then when the loan comes through (we did this previously and it was within a week), you get the full pay of $5k or $10k. Very curious if there are people who are up for this. Most people with decent credit wouldn't take the risk, but maybe your situation is different? Tell me. (I'm personally ok with PMs, but of course will go by community guidelines.) Paying $10k if that's what it takes- $5k if there several real people up for this crazy gig.
