Windrift Farm (located outside Petaluma, Ca) is looking for a Lead Farm Hand that can manage other workers, is a quick learner, a hard worker and can work independently, while taking direction well. You will do a wide range of jobs including: irrigation, planting, weeding, drive a farm truck & tractor, use a weed whacker, over see harvesting and boxing for wholesale delivery. You will need to be able to lift 40-50lbs continuously, be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and have a clean driving record. Only serious inquiries please.
