A local Russian River Valley company is searching for Grounds and Yard Maintenance workers who will have core responsibilities with building, campground maintenance and upkeep. The Grounds/Yard Maintenance role will assist with general tasks such as clean up, landscaping, maintenance on camp grounds, and cabins. In addition, this role will commonly work with skilled and professional tradesman for collaboratively met deadlines. This is a VERY high end club that frequently hosts celebrities, so a high level of discretion and customer service is required. What we look for: Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record Dependable Must be Safety Conscious at all times Must be willing to work cohesively as a team member to accomplish the daily tasks. Patience and a cooperative attitude with good listening skills and Respectfulness a MUST No facial or neck tattoos (tattoo’s that can be covered, i.e., arms, legs with long sleeved tops and long pants are okay) Working in a private membership environment-Must be willing to wear long sleeve shirts (plain), pants, not shorts (throughout the Spring & Summer months) Work or hiking boots only Neat and Clean appearance – Hair must be kept short, no tie backs for long hair Must be willing to shave daily, no facial hair such as a beard or mustache Must be physical fit/capable of walking on uneven terrain, up/down stairs while lifting, pushing, pulling Conscientious Takes Initiative Really enjoys outdoor labor work in a beautiful setting Excellent Customer relations - Able to be professional and polite to customers at all times Able to operate basic landscaping equipment; gas operated leaf blowers, etc Positive, can do attitude No smoking work environment - Smoking prohibited on the grounds at all times Willingness to start out part time in Spring with steadily increasing hours to 40 plus overtime through the Summer months. Work hours start at 7:00am - 4:00 pm. Mandatory overtime as the needs of the business increase.
