Open position is for a entry level to mid level Construction employee. Tasks range from clean up and demolition to carpentry (rough to finish), Help with most trade work in the residential and light commercial building industry. Should be knowledgeable of Circular saws, drills and other common tools. Really looking for someone with at least a couple years experience and own the basic tools. This job will include, when appropriate the Applicant to work alone. Other times to be supervised and instructed working with others. applicant should be able to communicate, take instruction and express themselves. Please have enthusiasm for your work. Our work area is currently from Benicia/Vallejo to Pleasanton/Castro valley And in between. Clean DMV. Pay start range is $20-27.50 hr depending on what you bring to the table.
