Dear neighbor, Our family has been living in Bay Area since 2011. We have been renting a three-bedroom home for the past ten years. We are a family of four and our children attend the local schools, have many friends and activities here. Both of us work in Fremont. We have greatly enjoyed our life in this community and would love to continue raising our family here. The purpose of this post is to reach out to neighbors who might be interested in selling their home off the market to a local family in “as-is” condition and avoiding expensive real estate commissions, staging fees, etc. One of us has a paralegal license and experience working for a real estate law firm and can handle the paperwork with no issues.
