Established property management company looking for reliable, energetic, hardworking individual to mow lawns, shovel snow, trim trees, paint, demolition, move appliances/furniture, minor carpentry skills, use small power tools, provide general labor and learn the trades to advance within the company over the coming years. All properties are located in Greeley. Must live in or within 30 minutes of UNC campus. If you can work well alone, as well as with others, have a good temperament, have a relatively clean criminal history with a valid DRIVERS LICENSE and working vehicle this position awaits.
