Scooter Tour downtown Take a "Spin" scooter tour along the river walk in downtown Grand Rapids with Andy Guy, Chief Outcomes Officer with Downtown Grand Rapids, Inc. Andy will take you to several opportunity sites along the Grand River that will eventually become home to recreation and public spaces for all to enjoy.
