Landscaping and Property Maintenance person for our family-owned, commercial and residential property. Tasks will include mowing, pruning, watering, weeding, planting, etc.
Expect to use employer-provided equipment and tools and our company van for servicing our facilities in the area. Tasks include basic repairs. Also, some inside cleaning work as well as repairs and routine cleaning of mowers, power tools, hand tools, doors, locks, gutters, some light carpentry as needed.
This is a non-smoking, non-vaping position and you will need to have a good driving record and references and be motivated to work on your own with light supervision.
This is part-time work, about 20-24 hours/week paying $22-$25/hour (D.O.E.) as our employee with L&I insurance coverage while on the job. Flexible hours and reasonable supervision.
