Tica went missing 4/29 off SW Barrows & SW Roshak (near Dutch Bros) She was found by a brother & sister in their early 20’s driving a purple/blue Chevy Malibu. The finders did drive around searching for her people but said they would take her to be scanned for a chip. PLEASE CALL if you have any info
