Stable property management company is seeking porter for three apartment developments in the Denver metro area. Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings. Duties include routine inspection of grounds and common areas for needs, janitorial services of common areas, assist with unit turnovers, and maintain building exteriors including planters. Must have good driving record and reliable transportation. Previous experience preferred but we will train a willing worker. Full time with benefits, competitive wage.
