Down to Earth Designs is landscape design/build company based in the Wheat Ridge area. We are looking for an exceptional candidate for a foreman position. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape construction, as well as strong leadership and critical thinking skills. Experience with equipment such as Bobcats, trenchers, Dingos and trailers is preferred. We work primarily on residential remodels and outdoor living spaces. Work includes, but is not limited to, hardscape installs, irrigation, plantings, lighting and carpentry. We do work outdoors in all weather conditions. The busy season lasts typically from March through November (beyond depending on weather), and we do offer snow removal and hardscape/carpentry throughout the winter to stay busy. The work week is Monday through Friday with Saturdays typically optional for overtime. Most crew members get overtime through the week days. We are looking for a career oriented individual that is both creative and self-motivated. We pay major holidays off – Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. We offer performance based incentives (bonuses) and raises. Applicants must have transportation, valid driver's license and clean MVR. Snow removal is necessary during the winter months. We are looking for people comfortable with driving trucks to plow as well. The position pay is based on experience and attitude with opportunities for advancement and bonuses.
