Certified Dental Ceramics is a dental lab specializing in fabricating high-quality crowns, bridges, and implants. We are currently seeking applications for delivery drivers who have an appreciation for providing outstanding customer service and is able to work well independently. We are currently hiring for 2 positions. One position is for 2 shifts per week for approximately 6 to 7 hours each day. The second position is for 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday) for 4 to 5 hours each shift. Specific company needs and applicant availability will be discussed with each individual applicant. We provide our delivery drivers with a company-owned vehicle, gas card, communication/GPS devices, and uniforms. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Learn delivery route(s)Maintain excellent driving record, observing all rules of the road and practicing proper safety at all timesProvide daily deliveries and pick-upsMust exhibit patience and respect, as you may be asked to wait at customer locationsMeet the needs of the customer by being flexible and receptive to changes in the delivery routeRepresent Certified Dental Ceramics to customers with courtesy and respect with focus on exceeding expectationsFollow all company policies for tracking delivery route, car maintenance, and reporting accidents and injuriesFollow all company and customer COVID-19 protocols for deliveries and pick-upsPrompt and professional response to internal communications and messages Skills and Abilities Required: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishPersonable, good oral communication and listening skillsAttention to detail and accuracyFocused on providing excellent Customer ServiceKnowledge of the metro area roads and/or the ability to operate a GPS deviceProfessional, neat appearance and adherence to company dress codeAbility to adapt to route changes or undesirable driving conditions Minimum Education and Experience Required: Valid Driver’s LicenseMaintain acceptable driving recordEntry-Level Role Physical Requirements: Stamina to drive for extended periods of timeRegularly required to drive, sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and/or reachRepeatedly getting in and out of automobilesAbility to read required documentationPush, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 15 poundsContact us for more information and an application: 651-423-2595 or [email protected]
