Two Corn Snakes in TINY cage

Some please save these two corn snakes being housed together. I've seen some terrible conditions, but seeing two adult corns crammed in a tiny cage not even big enough for one, is breaking my heart. I want to cry. Seriously, how can you look at that set up daily and think it's adequate?? The are literally LIVING ON TOP OF EACH OTHER.
