I found this bicycle with the back wheel locked because it had slipped off the nut but I assume it did not get abandoned by the original owner as it was not locked up but right behind the old co institute of art if you text me the serial number or a complete description of the bike and something about it that's peculiar I will most assuredly return it to its original owner my name is Patrick Wilcox I've lived here my whole life
